Thank you for shopping at Dandy Records. We are committed to providing you with a seamless buying experience, ensuring your order arrives safely and in the condition you expect.
1. Vinyl Grading & Item Condition
All vinyl records are visually graded according to the official Discogs grading classification, unless otherwise specified.
To prevent seam splits, new records marked as "Mint" are usually opened, and the vinyl is shipped outside its outer sleeve. If you prefer the record to remain sealed, please let us know at checkout.
Photos of items are available on our website or upon request.
2. Packaging
Records are shipped outside their sleeves (when applicable) in protective polyethylene covers.
We use sturdy cardboard mailers with additional padding to protect against bumps and drops.
Multiple purchases are combined in one shipment whenever possible, unless you request separate packaging.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
If any delay occurs, we will notify you immediately.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size.
You can preview shipping charges by adding items to your cart.
5. Tracking & Insurance
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
For orders over $100, we recommend adding insurance. If you wish to insure your shipment, please contact us before completing your payment.
6. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Transit times vary by country, and occasional delays may occur.
7. Returns & Refunds
If the item you receive is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
